(as the patient),

Had my appointment this week at the whytemans brae Kirkcaldy clinic to be fitted with mirena coil.   The staff are a credit to the Nhs. I was greeted by a very friendly member of staff. I waited in a very covid friendly airy reception area. The lady doctor was extremely informative and made me feel at ease, along with   lady nurse who was very relaxed and professional very quick and efficient. Thankyou

Dear Julesfife, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience of our clinic at Whyteman's Brae Hospital. I am delighted to hear that you were well informed and found our staff to be efficient and professional which helped to put you at ease. It is a priority for us to ensure that our patients receive a safe and effective service that meets their individual needs. Covid has required us to adapt our ways of working which has included changes to our physical environment such as the waiting room. It is great to hear that you feel that it is a Covid friendly and airy space. I will be sure to share your feedback with our team who will be very appreciative of it.
