This surgery is so bad i'm switching to another one, they are an accident waiting happen, a disgrace .

The receptionist are not jut rude but also inefficient and haven't moved with the time, set in their own way.

I believe they are not managed, as the result, they are disorganised, care less, they go from loosing prescription to not updating systems.

The list goes on

Doctors are fine, just fine not great.

I have no confidence in them, luckily i have private medical insurance for my on-going treatment with an oncologist, but the little i have had to deal with the receptionist and GP at this surgery after my Laparotomy has been nothing but mistakes on their behalf and frustration for me, a real disgrace, NHS failing the patient is the real feeling.

Improve:

Manage the receptionist, bring new staff, new systems.

GP to see patients rather than calls consultations.

Make communication easier, at the moment most of the private secretary/surgeon i have seen find it very difficult to pass on information to the surgery as they don't give out email address or fax number and when calling you can't get through, 45mn was the most we waited, as a result most of my long file has not been updated.
