About: Tarbock Medical Centre

Complaints procedure says to contact practice manager but gives no details of how to do so. Telephoning just means waiting for 5 minutes of service announcements before joining the queue to be answered and then the frustration of the line going dead. Why cant you give an email address or provide an online form.

Thank you for your suggestions regarding our complaints procedure, and we will update it to include being able to contact the surgery via email.

Since receiving your comments I have spoken to you on the telephone and we were able to solve your issue, and apologise for any inconvenience it caused you trying to contact the surgery.
