I can’t stress enough how much I despise this surgery. I’ve been with them for about 3 years and it’s been an awful experience. At 8:00am, the lines open for booking appointments. I called exactly 200 times and when they did finally answer they said they were no appointments left. The woman on the phone was so rude. This has happened to me for about 6 times now. I’m

Staff are so impolite and it makes me so angry. Can’t even get the help you need in this city. Don’t even waste your time calling. Even if you get to the surgery before 8am and wait till they open up...There still a chance you won’t get an appointment. Just like the times I stood outside for 30 mins to be turned away. I was livid and probably dying inside. I had to go to A&E that day because I had no one else to go to. Someone NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!

as a practice team we strive to provide good clinical patient centred care. If you would like to raise your concerns or discuss this further please contact our practice manager or we can address your concerns through our complaints procedure.

We take patients concerns and complaints very seriously and try to resolve them at a local level in a timely manner when they are raised with us through our complaints procedure. A copy of our complaints procedure is available at reception with a summary on our website and in our practice leaflet.
