"Visit to Dermatology at RCHT"

I was nervous about going to my appointment as didn't really know what to expect. I received a text to say it was safe to go into the Dermatology Department and was met by friendly staff. 

Dr Bailey put me at ease immediately, explained exactly what would happen, what my options were and allayed some of my fears. 

I was anxious about having a biopsy but the two nurses were nothing but a joy to be with. Nurse  Emma Jane and her colleague (sorry I have forgotten her name) were friendly, made me feel relaxed, set a very calming atmosphere, and put me at complete ease. I felt relaxed and the clear bond the two nurses had was a pleasure to experience. I needn't have worried and if I have to go back, I won't be as concerned. Thank you.
