"Physiotherapy"

I needed Physiotherapy for several different issues. I was advised I would get a phone to assess my needs. Tony, from Knockbreda Health & Wellbeing rang me. The call was detailed, helpful & very clear. Tony arranged a face to face appointment. I was pleased that this was able to happen during Covid-as I knew a phone call appointment would not suffice. On meeting Tony he was so helpful. He gave  a thorough physical & verbal appointment.   He was a great listener & was very empathetic. Most of all he gave me good solid advice & showed me (as well as printing out) exercises.   Over the next 8 weeks we had a few phone appointments. Due to Tonys knowledge I  have improved a little & can continue with my exercises as & when. I am now discharged from Physio.     Please pass my thanks to Tony.
