(as a relative),

My husband attended the Urgent Care Unit Forth Valley Hospital  in late April 2021 with suspected Blood Clot.  The professionalism and care provided was excellent.  The Senior Advisor Nurse Practitioner and her colleagues communicated with us at all times, were reassuring and explained each process that was going to be happening to my husband who also has a rare dementia. 

We were extremely impressed by the follow up contact too as my husband will have to attend again this week for follow up scan.

An excellent service it was so helpful to me to only attend one area and communicate with one person.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback, and I hope your husband is on the road to recovery - helped along by our wonderful team. Thank you so much for sharing this with us.

You've delighted us all by telling us how much better it was for you to be cared for in one place and by one person, and that the communication made it so much easier for you both. That is the whole purpose of this new service, the right care in the right place - so knowing we have achieved this is so important to us as we grow as a new team and service.

I have passed your comments on to the Senior Nurse Practitioner and the team involved in your husbands care, I know they will be so pleased that they have made your experience such a positive one.

lastly, on behalf of our team Id like to wish you luck with your husbands upcoming scan.
