"How I feel regarding treatment"

About: General practices in Ayrshire & Arran University Hospital Ayr / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I have been running back and forward to GP over last 2 years with pains. Seen numerous specialist who I feel think I'm a head case. Went to hospital last week registrar was good explained he thought I was suffering with a referring pain coming from my back. Can someone please explain to me where you get help these days as I appear to be going round in circles and hitting my head off a brick wall does anyone actually care anymore. Things appear to have went downhill, abandoned by Doctors and Hospital. Don't know how many times I've felt like ending it

Dear Gersangel

I am sorry to hear you feel like you are not receiving the care you require and are suffering discomfort.

I would advise you discuss your concerns with your GP practice in the first instance but if I can do anything to help, please dont hesitate to get in touch with me at; Laura.Harvey@aapct.scot.nhs.uk

Kind Regards

Laura
