"Thank you for my care"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary NHS 24 / NHS 24 (111 service)

(as a service user),

I contacted nhs inform due to having abdo pain.

The care I received from the call handler all the way through to the staff at surgical receiving at GRI was excellent and I can’t thank them all enough. I just wanted to pass on my gratitude.

Hi Lynfa11

I'm so sorry to learn you had abdominal pain and I hope you are doing much better. Thanks for taking the time to acknowledge the service provided by the staff involved in your care, from the Call Handler to the staff within Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

I will share your story with our staff here at NHS 24. It's great to see such feedback and it's a fantastic reminder of the valuable service our staff provide. The staff at GRI sound great too! From your feedback is sounds as though you were absolutely reassured by all who cared for you.

If you wish to contact me directly, then I would be able to identify the staff member who managed your call. You can get me at Patient.Experience@nhs24.scot.nhs.uk or by phone on 07814 299944. It would be great to hear from you.

I wish you well for a full and speedy recovery.

Thanks again for your kind words of gratitude.

Kind regards

Shona
