"Affected by a loved ones alcohol addiction"

(as a service user),

My life was completely turned upside down when a loved one ended up in prison . Leaving me and my 3 young children alone in a very dark lonely place, Hannah from Inclusion has been a rock to me in the first instance having regularly home visits( before covid) then as she helped me and the children through what was going on, I didn't need her as much just a monthly check in, but I had comfort that I always knew that I could just message her or ring in between. As circumstances have changed and I now need a bit more support I am once again having more regular contact. I think this is an absolutely amazing service and you feel safe, you can say exactly how you feel that going on in a completely non judgemental place. 

Thank you for always and still being there for me .

I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to leave us some valued feedback, our family service is an integral part of the treatment pathways we offer and we are pleased to hear you have benefited from using the service through your difficult time. During the pandemic things did have to look slightly different but we have continued to deliver our usual support and some new ways of working which have allowed us to try to keep things as normal as physically possible. We are so pleased you feel safe and continue to have access to the support you need from this vital part of our service, I will also pass on the positive feedback to your support worker Hannah,
