(as a service user),

Both my husband and I attended Covid vaccination centre in Ballymena, NHSCT today, it was a smooth operation from arrival.

The nurse who gave me my vaccine in cubicle F, a gynae nurse was friendly, kind and professional. Many thanks for making this experience a good one.
