My first time posting a review and may I say I am sorry to read the negative comments. I both called and visited the surgery this week not the first time during COVID restrictions and I have to say It really is a safe environment. I understand the pressures you are all under but I would like to thank you all for your continued hard work. I waited a while on the phone to get through ( Well done on the call waiting system) I got through and was helped by a very polite receptionist. She wasn't able to deal with one of my two queries straight away stating, "she would call me back when she got the answer I was looking for from her Team leader" True to her word she called me back before the end of the day. I feel the answer message is informative and helps them to deal with the calls they deal with at 8am. I was also able to pre-book an appointment for next week as it was a non urgent matter. Again a huge Thank you to all of you and stay safe and positive.

The call stacking system was introduced following feedback from our patient survey and Patient Participation Group Representatives; Its good to hear that you are pleased with this.
