"Amazing service when I desperately needed it."

I have suffered many years of depression/anxiety and feelings of hopelessness, very severe, caused by very traumatic life experiences. Throughout have received various forms of therapy through other sources. None of which alleviated, or very little, any of my symptoms.

I have to say the support, help and guidance I have received has been amazing.

When I ready stories in the newspapers daily, of people, so many young ones especially, who have taken their own lives, it saddens me so much. There is help out there, just be brave enough to ask for it. Don't give up. You won't be judged and everything is confidential. This service is incredible. I just wish people were made more aware

of it.
