"Care and treatment at the orthopaedic outpatient clinic"

About: Lorn & Islands Hospital / Outpatients Department

(as a service user),

I felt welcomed by the lady on reception she was friendly and helpful.   My journey through X-ray and the clinic was very smooth and all staff were helpful and importantly friendly and cheerful.   Finally I had a plaster cast applied by Fiona and Rachel who were super efficient and skilled and so happy in their work.   They certainly know how to apply a perfect cast and put me at my ease.   This was a totally professional experience where I felt in very capable and safe hands
