Why do you think that the practice has declined to respond to the criticisms in the review section?

I have no complaint to make against the GPs and other front line staff....but the reception staff and presumably whoever is the practice manager need to "get a grip" and stop hiding behind the covid invisibilty cloak...they are employed to provide a service, if not with a smile then with basic civility.

Perhaps the biggest criticism is the "can't get through on the phone or website" ....patient care should begin with arranging an efficient and effective initial contact process...not by giving the impression that the staff are too busy, or the technology is too antiquated to cope.

I challenge the practice to respond and to provide constructive solutions to the comments above and to the criticisms made elsewhere......but I do not expect a prompt response.
