I decided in September last year to stop drinking as it was controlling my life, I felt I needed to take control of my life instead of the drink. It was hard but it has paid off and I feel so much better and living a happy life, im now 7 months sober. Mel has helped me through everything and the services and support was excellent cant thankyou you enough really appreciate it.
