"Fantastic help :)"

I phoned for help because my son has chronic and acute pancreatitis and has no pancreas and hasn’t seen a constultant for two year or so , he is also insulin pendant (diabetic3c) .The lady on reception was so helpful she rang the consultants Secretary on my behalf ,spoke to the pain team and the doctors for me trying to get my son some help as when he has an episode of pain he doesn’t eat or drink which is bad for his diabetes , she was so helpful and it was a relief to finally get a phone call back from his constants Secretary about making trying to find him an appointment . She is a credit to the surgery and I can’t thank her enough for all she has done today .
