About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

Attended Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy Clinic 1 for a consultation with Mr Robertson. I had a number of issues regarding ongoing prostate problems. I explained these issues with the aforesaid gentleman together with his lady assistant. In reply, Mr Robertson eloquently explained in detail the various options open to me. At a time when NHS and pressure constantly come under the same headline, I am very appreciative of the time that was afforded to me. I can assure you that I departed from said consultation in a much happier frame of mind. Thank you to all concerned.

I am very sorry to hear that you have been having a number of issues and do hope some of the options Mr Robertson explained will help to improve these issues. Time is one of the most important things we can give our patients and I am so happy to hear this was the experience you had. I am glad to hear you left in a happier frame of mind, knowing all your options and were fully informed.
