As a Social Worker, working with Deborah previously on a non instructed case was a great learning experience which gave me the confidence to make the current referral for a non-instructed IMHA in an extremely contentious case, where IMHA is definitely required.

Clients who lack capacity to make decisions or refer themselves for advocacy support can be those who need it the most and these individuals really benefit from independent advocacy so referrals from different sources are welcome and important.

I will ensure that this is shared with Deborah.
