"Kidney stone removal"

I was at Grantham hospital on Friday the 23 to have my kidney stone removed I felt a bit nervous when I got there but the staff and Grantham hospital was so polite and explained everything to me made me feel so much better I really can’t thank the nurses and doctor enough the surgery was a complete success not in any pain at all and now I can get on with my life I couldn’t ask for a better service the nhs is so wonderful thankyou to all that was involved keep up the outstanding work

Thank you for this lovely comment – it will certainly boost my staff morale after the year we have all had. It’s always so refreshing to hear that a patient has had a really good journey and experience when you are coming in for surgery. I am pleased you can now get back to some sort of normality in your life without the pain and discomfort of the kidney stones and I will share this with all of the staff so they are aware that they are making a difference to our patients who come through the NHS
