My partner is a Diabetic and collapsed as his blood sugar became too low. Dialed 111, a fantastic lady told us what to do and said an ambulance would be arriving shortly.
A lovely lady paramedic called Angela arrived, nothing was too much trouble for her.
Took Eric’s blood pressure, oxygen level, ECG, temperature etc all twice, thankfully all good readings, blood sugar level slightly higher than she would have liked, but he is on medication for that. All in all we cannot thank the NHS enough for their excellent service, especially a great big thank you to Angela for calming us down and assuring us everything was fine with my partner.
