Very many thanks for the swift & direct telephone help from Dr Glenfield in BECS last night who listened & responded to my concerns, and then to all the nursing staff & Dr Hume for very efficient & safe care in the Emergency Department. 3 hours from phone call to home again, including the necessary CT scan.
