(as the patient),

I was on the waiting list for 2 months to have my coil replaced - I had a call from a nurse last week with an appointment for Tuesday. I was very nervous, but I felt calm as soon as I arrived. The nurse (Sarah!) was welcoming and she helped me relax, she discussed everything in depth and ensured I was feeling okay before proceeding. The procedure itself was uncomfortable, but both nurse and doctor were consistent in checking I was feeling okay and as comfortable as I possibly could be in the circumstances.
