Went into Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy for right total hip replacement surgery in April 2021. Very prompt, efficient, friendly service from Mr Tiemessen and his team. Jacquie was very helpful as I got my epidural. I was sedated for the procedure and think I fell asleep. Back to Ward 10 where Leah, Karen, Catherine and other staff looked after me well. I was recovered enough to be discharged the following day. This procedure seemed to be a bit drawn out and I was glad to leave at 7pm. Thanks to Wayne for seeing me out to my lift home.
