About: General Practices in Grampian

(as the patient),

I used the e consultation service for the first time on Monday and I must say, what an efficient and quick service. The lovely GP called my back within 3 hours of sending the information. I very rarely use GP services, however I feel this is a positive step forward for managing non urgent medical queries or concerns.

Most of the GP Practices don't check the Care Opinion site for feedback but if you can send through the name of the practice you visited I would be happy to forward to them.
