I felt well looked after. Had my call to go through the details and was booked in. On the day I got stuck in traffic due to a accident and road closer, I called in and the lady said she would check with doc if she can still do op late and would call me back if they couldn’t, but to keep safe.
When I got there everyone was so nice, let me sit and calm down before they started.
Op was explained fully & done well and not a lot of bruising considering it was stuck in! !
