"Appalling communication"

Absolutely impossible to contact the home despite being given three numbers to call they are infrequently answered. Unable to visit as they only allow visitors Mon- Fri between 11-3, and Sat which are fully booked a couple of weeks in advance. The food when I visited looked very unappealing. My poor parents comment was that nowhere could be as bad as this. Devastated that we have had this experience as a family and for my poor parent. Shocking especially at this time when visiting is so difficult why is the communication so poor?

I can't comment on the care but would comment the staff seem very uninterested when asked for any information.
