I would rate no stars if I could!!! The most unorganised unhelpful receptionists and the most ridiculous protocol for being seen by a dr or nurse or even to receive a phone call. After several tests etc and inflammation in my stomach and symptoms progressively worsening on a daily basis worried I may have stomach cancer or something which is life threatening, awaiting further tests, only in my early 20s and I can’t even get an appointment to speak to a dr over the phone let alone face to face!!!!

Missed a call from my dr last Thursday and still haven’t managed to rebook a PHONE CALL appointment to discuss my CT scan results with him or a different dr!! the surgery have had my results for around 3 weeks now and still been unable to discuss with a dr due to the receptionists making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to speak to anyone every single time I call!!! I tried to call today to request a call back from dr to discuss my new symptoms and worsened symptoms, along with my ct scan results and to request a drs note for work as I have severe ongoing dizziness and acid reflux along with severe headaches which worsen my eyesight and make me feel physically sick and more dizzy. I have had to give up on all of this as I have completely lost hope in this place.

You call to ask to speak to a dr in the morning, they tell you all phone appointments are booked up for the day so you request for a phone call when possible, no rush just will take any appointment date if it means I can speak to a dr. They then tell you “we only do same day appointments so the only way you can get a face to face or phone appointment is to call at 8am every morning until successful”. What a joke!!!! I am literally giving up with my health due to this surgery regardless of how worried I am about my health. I simply can’t handle the stress of it all and how it physically affects me. The place needs to be shut down or ran by completely different staff! They need a new protocol because this is not fair treatment!!!!!!
