Dear gammatg56, thank you for taking the time to share your experience of our service. The pandemic has meant that the number of our face to face clinics has reduced but we have worked hard to find new ways of working in order that we are still able to meet our patients' needs. I am delighted to hear that you have been so happy with the information and support that you have received from our team and I will share your feedback with them.
