About: Coathill Hospital / Old age psychiatry Scottish Ambulance Service / Patient Transport Service

(as a relative),

My mother spent 5 weeks here recently,She received the best of care, I would like to thank all staff who cared for her and a special thanks to Tracy, Margaret and Patricia, John and Lisa physios.

She was well cared for and everything was in place for her returning home.

Thanks again

PS Also thanks to Alan and his partner from the ambulance transport for returning her home safely.

It is lovley to read your mum has received such such good care from everyone involved in looking after her, this must also be a weight of your mind, especially with her being in hosptial for a good while! No doubt she will also be glad to be home too and I am glad our crew got her home safely.

Thank you very much for taking the time to express your thanks to the staff who cared for your mother during her recent admission to Coathill Hospital. It will be my absolute pleasure to share your lovely comments with the staff you have named. It was great to read that you felt your mother was well cared for and also that the appropriate plans were put in place prior to her discharge so that she could be discharged safely to her home. This I am sure was very reassuring for your family.

May I take this opportunity to wish your mother well for her recuperation at home and thanks again for sharing such positive feedback.
