"Utterly no help"

They were good years ago but recently they have just gone down hill, they do not pick up the phone, they are using the pendemic to do even less work then they used to, the people in front desk are utterly no help, my elderly mother needed a emergency appointment but we were told to ring at 8am, once we ring at 8am they go all the appointments are gone within 2 mins, how was that possible! In 2 mins? They should be ashamed to call themselves health professionals, utterly disgusting.
