"Rude staff "

Phoned up prescription team and got a very aggressive, rude lady on the phone. She was talking over me and I didn’t get to explain my problem properly as she took offence from the start. When challenged about her aggressive attitude she calmed down a bit.

I understand that they are under a lot of pressure at this difficult time but she was so RUDE! Good job I’m not a frail older lady. No need for it what do ever!!!!
