About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine Scottish Air Ambulance

(as a relative),

I want to express how impressed I was with the care and compassion that my elderly parents received after suffering a car accident on Thursday 15th April. Every member of staff were helpful, friendly and kept me informed on what was happening. They are a credit to the NHS. From the paramedics, fire crew, police and air ambulance to the staff at A& E my parents couldn’t have received any better care!

I am sorrry to hear your mum and dad have been involved in a car accident, this must have been a very scary situation for them both, and of course, a worrying time for yourself. However it's lovely to hear they have been looked after well by our crew, the fire service, police and staff at Aberdeen Royal Infimary.
