Claire - Community Nurse

I'd just like to thank you from all of us for your valued work working alongside the staff team to support the service user

You and the student have been amazing giving the staff the valued advice to work in proactive ways to enhance our working practises working with a complex gentleman

I know at times we have dealt with situation and sought your advice via telephone calls or emails - but you've always been available to advice and give support not only to staff but for the service user and working in partnership with all professionals involved in his support network

Your amazing work has made us feel truly valued and your ways of working have empowered me especially to implement added information on your advice to work proactively with this gentleman

Your presence puts anyone at ease and your ways of interaction are astounding

You are a fantastic mentor to your student and she will be astounding when her placement finishes

Recognition deserved Claire and once again thank you so much

Hi Sagittariuske98

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such informative feedback following the input from Claire, your community LD nurse.

It is reassuring to read that she has been responsive to the needs of the service user and his staff team. It sounds like she has made a good impression and shared some sound advice to help you with the gentleman you support.

I wish him and his support team all the best

Bridget
