"not good enough"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

admitted for chest pain with ? heart attack. discharged with a plan to outpatients angiogram in 2 days. after 10 days I heard nothing I started calling MRU where I was admitted. I was advised by a doctor on the ward that my angio referral was lost and the only was to get re rederred was to return to a&e and pretend I was in a heart attack again

I feel this was not right and continue calling. this is the 3rd week since discharge I still had no joy. should I actually return to a&e and lie/pretend I am in a heart attack again, my discharge letter clearly states, plan outpatient ct angio,

BAD SERVICE
