"Exceptional care"

I attended for a blood test this morning and received exemplary care from your HCA. I am a difficult patient and have suffered with a consuming phobia of needles and blood tests in particular. The care, patience, good humour and personalised attention I received from your highly skilled member of staff has gone a long way to relieving my stress and potentially dealt with my phobia. I can’t thank her enough. I have been a patient here for 19 years and have always received excellent care from your team. Today was, however exceptional! Thank you.
