About: Rowley Hall Hospital

Trying to get an update on my Mother’s condition post surgery.

Placed on hold at no3 in the queue, 20 minutes I’m up to next in the queue, an hour later I’m still on hold.

I appreciate it’s out of normal office hours but this is very poor and unacceptable nowadays.
