Appointments in person are no longer available. Phone appointments can be booked only during a 30mins slot per week on the phone, and it's impossible to get the line. It's also impossible to book a phone appointment in person. The clinic promotes eConsult, whose platform doesn't work (tech issues). I know there is a pandemic, but other GPs in London are doing a far, far better job. It's also impossible to get in touch with the Practice Manager to discuss all of this.
