here the receptionists think they are GP's , you cannot get an appointment here , on hold for 30 mins at a time only to be told no appts , the GP's here are no good either

Dear Patient

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you recieved at Stopsley Village Practice.

Your comment is inappropriate about the receptionist and I am sorry that you find GP no good.

We try our best to provide the best possible care to our patient. We are working on our telephone system in order to improve patient access.
