"Kind and caring"

From referral to post op I was treated with extreme kindness, consideration and efficiency. Everybody I came into contact with showed concern for my wellbeing and each step of the process was explained and discussed to ensure that I knew what to expect and to check that I was happy to proceed. On the ward the staff demonstrated a high level of care for their patients and the overall feeling of calm and efficiency made my whole experience far more manageable. I can't thank them enough!
