Really poor service from this practice. I’ve waited more than 45minutes to speak to a receptionist to only be told to call back the following morning - with no guarantee that I will be given an appointment with a GP. I am on sick leave and don’t need the added stress of having to call back everyday to get an appointment - I barely access the surgery and it’s awful what they put patients through this. No wonder people are not accessing the care that they need if they can’t get through to making a simple appointment! I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone.
