"Disgusting"

Took my 92 year old neighbour for her second covid injection only to be told upon arrival that there was no clinic. Knowing how important these injections are to allow this to happen is absolutely disgusting. Why did no-one telephone to cancel. Had she taken a taxi this would have cost her £20. Now she has to deal with the anxiety of it all over again, thanks to your incompetence. If we dont turn up for a doctors appointment this is black marked on our records. The receptionists were running around like headless chickens not knowing what to do. What is the point of you having our contact numbers if you fail to use them. These injections are very important for everyone and should be carried out on time.
