I visited A&E for an ECG and some blood tests recently to detect a possible blood clot and was blown away at how kind and attentive all the staff was. Yes the wait is long but all the staff showed so much humanity and understanding, especially in those highly stressful times due to Covid. I was really impressed and can't thank them enough for all the amazing work they do.
