"Disgusting treatment"

Called to let my disabled daughter use the toilet (radar keyholder) was refused entry to use the toilet. Total lack of understanding and made us wait. My daughter ended up having to go in a Bush at side of building. Lack of dignity and privacy caused. We both had masks on so we're not breaching covid policy. Can't believe someone would have so little compassion. My daughter has continence problems hence being a radar member. So disgusted at the receptionists attitude that I walked off. Uncaring at its worse.
