"Lovely staff for day surgery at Queen Margaret"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I attended the day surgery unit yesterday and had a great experience.

I was a bit nervous and the staff were amazing, especially my named nurse Stephanie. She was so lovely, chatty and friendly and made me feel totally at ease!

The anaesthetist (a lovely Irish man, sorry I can’t remember his name), the ODP Andy and the theatre nurse who sadly I can’t remember her name were all amazing and had a laugh with me right until I had my general anaesthetic.

Also my consultant Mr Harrison who is so lovely and explained everything thoroughly and took great care of me :)
