I called on behalf of my mother today, who I am extremely worried about. I've been up all night with her as he's been extremely unwell with BPPV. The first thing the doctor who phones me back with is "has she had a COVID test" I'm understandably annoyed as I've just told her she can't walk as she's too dizzy. I'm then shouted at for being rude. I asked for alternative medications and was told no, not even a reason why. She was then clearly offended when I said the doctor I spoke over the phone with via 111 had given me different advice and said in an extremely childish way that I should just take their advice and I should just go to A&E. I would have hoped for more understanding and a bit more professionalism when dealing with a worried daughter trying to look after her mother!
"Awful Service!!!"
