My 9 years old been seen by them shes having bumps on her head actually they say its fine without even a blood test done shes complain about headache 3 weeks phone them next day as I would like someone see her again to got a second opinion also ask the practice to organise a interpreter but they careless as its didn't happened excuses ur english is good dr also advice me if I not happy whit them as they said we are affraid and not going to see her again, go and complain whit the manager and I being told her I'll do then I phone them again the same day ask the practice twice would like to make a complain would like to speak with a manager and please organise a interpreter they never phone me back

I am very sorry to hear that you have been unsatisfied with your recent consultations with the surgery.

We do have an interpreting service which is available for any consultations whether this be for a face to face or telephone consultation. We just ask that patients inform us at the time of booking the appointment that this is required to ensure we book a double appointment to ensure enough time is put aside for this to happen.

The management team are more than happy to speak with anyone if necessary/requested to do so. If you wish to discuss the above comments please do contact the surgery and ask to speak with either our Reception Supervisor or the Practice Manager and we can discuss the concerns raised.
