"Still waiting for a call"

About: Gartnavel General Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

I was told I would receive a phone call on a set date in early April about getting an appointment due to a flare up.   It has now been 8 days since the planned date and despite having left many voicemails I am still waiting on a return call.
