You cannot get through by telephone and e-consult has been discontinued. Lovely new building which is utterly useless as a surgery.

I am very sorry to hear about your experience at our Practice. I understand the frustration and anger at trying to access the Practice via telephone. We are We are currently trying to improve telephone access for patients to the Practice and we are confident these improvements will have a positive impact on patients over the next six weeks.
