About: Heaton Mersey Med. Pract.

We joined this practice 7 years ago when we moved into the area. We have been so dissatisfied with the service. Reasons for this poor rating range from, rudeness of staff, disinterested clinicians, a flawed in house complaints procedure ( over seen by senior partner and manager who clearly have a biased vested interest ).

After several attempts of giving feedback with a hope of listening to their patients and reflect but sadly this practice are not interested and that’s the bottom line ..... disinterested says it all.

Needless to say we moved to another GP and as a very honest opinion... that’s what I am recommending.... go elsewhere!
